Community Based Programs - Post-Secondary Application for Educational Assistance
This program is designed to assist applicants from our community in accessing financial support for their Community-based Post-secondary studies in Cross Lake.

Indigenous Teacher Education Program (PENT), Community based Aboriginal Teacher Education Program (CATEP), Yellowquill (First Nations Bachelor of Teaching), and Diploma in Practical Nursing (DPN).

Whether you are pursuing an education at PENT, CATEP, Yellowquill or DPN, we are committed to helping you achieve your educational goals.

Students wishing to receive Post-secondary assistance in these studies will need to submit the following application.

Please take the time to carefully complete all sections of this application. Providing accurate and detailed information will ensure your application is processed efficiently.

- Letter of Acceptance
- Full-Time Employment Status confirmation
- Length of Employment (verified by supervisor or HR records).
- Attendance Record (verified by administration or supervisor).
- Job Performance Documentation
  - Incident reports, appraisals, or other relevant administrator.
- Letter of Recomendation
  - Written by the applicant's supervisor or relavant administrator.
- Current Resume
- Child Abuse Registry Check
- Criminal Record Check
